dress - skirt jacket - coat pants top weddingThe Union fabric is a polyester satin mainly used for the tailoring, uniform and jacket making. What makes it unique? The colors are obtained by printing on an ecru or black base. This polyester fabric is therefore only dyed on one side, the reverse side remains ecru, except for the dark colors where the reverse side remains black. It is a beautiful polyester alternative to our Verone Silk Duchesse Satin - 1892.
This polyester satin is similar to a duchesse satin. Its color is printed on a white or black polyester base. It is a satin fabric that is self-sufficient and does not need to be lined, its finish is opaque.
It can also be used for other types of creations such as suits, dresses, jackets or pants. It is a satin quality that is easy to work with. Sewing tip: use a fine needle to avoid making the non-dyed side of this polyester fabric stand out.
